T-cell vaccination (autovaccinotherapy) for autoimmune diseases
The standard treatment of autoimmune diseases is based mainly on applying medicines, which possess the non-selective immunodepressive action. The possibilities of such treatment are limited by the dangers inherent in general immunosuppression. In contrast to the standard treatment, the method of T- cell vaccination is aimed at generating the long-term immune reactions directed toward the selective inactivation of autoimmune lymphocytes. This method exploits the natural immunoregulator mechanism and has no complications inherent in the standard treatment. In the Center T-cell vaccination is applied in therapy for multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis .
